Refund Policy
Due to the nature of roofing and construction services, refunds are handled according to signed service agreements and California contractor regulations. All terms regarding deposits, payments, and refunds are outlined in the written contract provided prior to the start of any work.
Service Agreements
All roofing services performed by Plan Roofing are governed by a signed service agreement between the customer and Plan Roofing. By signing the agreement, the customer acknowledges and accepts the scope of work, payment schedule, and terms outlined therein.
California Contractor Regulations
Plan Roofing operates in full compliance with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) under License #1041862. All work is performed in accordance with applicable California building codes, contractor laws, and consumer protection regulations.
Warranties
Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used. Specific warranty details are provided in your signed service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms and conditions.
